1:1 Online Nutrition Coaching with Rachel Hardwick

Build sustainable eating habits, improve your relationship with food, and reach your nutrition goals without restrictive diets or perfectionism.

Hi, I’m Rachel

I'm Rachel, a qualified nutrition coach offering personalised 1:1 nutrition coaching online.

As someone who's struggled with food in the past myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel trying to navigate nutrition while being bombarded with conflicting advice, body image pressures, and living in a world where diet culture is often seen as the norm.

Whatever your goals, I'll help you cut through the noise and build a better understanding of nutrition, so you can make confident, informed choices - without relying on restrictive diets, rigid meal plans or all-or-nothing thinking.

Because everybody is different, there is no one-size-fits-all approach - instead, we’ll work together in creating a plan that’s tailored for you: your lifestyle, preferences, budget, and priorities. That's why having personalised, one-to-one support can make such a difference.

Why work with me?

✔ No rigid, boring meal plans

✔ No ‘good’ or ‘bad’ foods

✔ Practical strategies that fit your lifestyle

✔ Small habits that create lasting change

✔ Evidence-based advice

✔ Supportive accountability between sessions

✔ Neuro-affirming coaching that works with your brain, not against it

✔ Inclusive, LGBTQ+ friendly coaching

How coaching works

Step 1: Book your free call

Book a free discovery call where we can discuss your goals, answer any questions you have, and see whether we'd be a good fit to work together.

Before the call, I'll ask you to complete a short medical screening questionnaire to make sure nutrition coaching is appropriate for you.

If you have any questions for me before booking your call, or if phone calls just aren’t for you, feel free to drop me an email to rachelhardwicknutrition@gmail.com

Step 2: Getting started

If you decide you'd like to work with me, I'll send you a detailed client intake form so I can get to know you better before our first session.

This covers things like:

  • Your goals

  • Your lifestyle and routine

  • Relevant health information

  • Accessibility needs

  • Any exercise you’re doing

  • Availability

Step 3: First session

We'll then meet for a 60-minute session where we'll explore your questionnaire in more detail and start building a personalised plan together.

We'll discuss:

  • Your current eating habits

  • Your relationship with food

  • Any challenges or barriers you're facing

  • Your priorities and expectations

  • Realistic first steps towards your goals

After the session, you'll receive access to your own coaching folder containing personalised resources, worksheets and your action plan.

Step 4: Ongoing coaching

From there, we'll work together for a minimum of 12 weeks, with weekly support alternating between:

  • Written check-ins and feedback via instant message (Telegram)

  • 40-minute online coaching calls

You'll also have Telegram support between sessions, along with access to resources tailored to your goals.

This gives you regular accountability, personalised feedback and ongoing support as you build sustainable habits that last.

Rather than handing you a rigid meal plan, we'll create an approach that fits your lifestyle and gives you the confidence to make your own food choices long-term.

About me

I'm Rachel, a qualified nutrition coach with a Level 4 qualification in Advanced Nutrition. I take an evidence-based, non-restrictive approach to nutrition, helping people build sustainable habits rather than relying on rigid diets, rules or short-term fixes.

Having grown up in the 90s and 00s (if you were there too, you'll know), I experienced first-hand the toxic pressures around food and body image that were so normalised for our generation—and sadly, many of those messages are still around today. In my teens, I developed an eating disorder, which completely consumed me and left me feeling incredibly unwell. With the right medical treatment and support, I eventually recovered, and that experience has shaped the way I think about food and health ever since.

After being diagnosed with ADHD in my 30s, I also began to understand more about the ways that traditional approaches to health and nutrition don't work for everyone. Combined with my own journey towards a healthier, more balanced lifestyle, this reinforced my belief that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition.

In a world increasingly filled with conflicting advice, extreme diets, fear around food and endless "quick fixes", I'm passionate about helping people cut through the noise and develop a healthier, more confident relationship with food and their bodies that can last a lifetime.

I'm particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent and queer clients, as someone who identifies as both myself. I understand that navigating food, body image, health and fitness can come with experiences that aren't always reflected in mainstream nutrition advice. My coaching is neuro-affirming, inclusive and personalised - taking into account your individual needs, preferences, circumstances and identity.

Ultimately, I believe long term health - both physical and mental - isn't about achieving perfection or following a set of rules. It's about finding balance, building sustainable habits, and developing the knowledge and confidence to make choices that work for you.
