Rosie Jones for FFTV’s ‘Under Your Skin’ with Grace Neutral
The next instalment in this series for Grace Neutral and her YouTube channel FFTV’s series ‘Under Your Skin’ (though I don’t think I am actually posting them chronologically - but never mind), was an interview with the brilliant Rosie Jones - the British comedian and writer, who has become particularly well loved and championed due to her candid, thought-provoking, and often hilarious (she is a comedian after all) accounts of what it’s like living with a disability - specifically, her first hand experience of having cerebral palsy.
I knew before meeting her that Rosie would be a wonderful energy to have in the room, and I wasn’t wrong - this was a really lovely conversation to witness and capture, with a lot of food for thought. With statistics stating that 24% of people in the UK have a disability, there really needs to be more people like Rosie in the spotlight who are spreading awareness of ableism.
You can see the full interview over on YouTube here, and below for my behind the scenes and stills photography of the shoot.
